CASE Against Pervaz Musharaf

         Treason case ( غداری کا مقدمہ )against Pervez Musharaf 

Pervez Musharaf will come to trial for treason against him ...The newly elected government of Mian Nawaz Sharif and former chief of the army in the constitution against under article 6 of the action.The Prime Minister said in the National Assembly after the opposition parties have also supported the decision of the government and all the government buildings ہٹادینے pictures of military ڈکٹیٹرزکی demanded.political analyst said that this decision of the government to open Pandora box is dangerous  because when General Musharaf against the proper action under article 6, will be started many of the people will also come under this scene because they also break laws with him .However, the problems with the Pervez Musharaf government with many problems for the standing writes Pervez Musharaf can be unshackled elected government and serious re negation guilty of article 6 of the constitution, but in the process to support is also large.

 Question is that whether Musharaf seized power alone, how martial law he took up in the atmosphere before a plane which was present in Karachi at the Jinnah airport was not permission to land .Similarly, the history of Pakistan shows us that was not the first martial law, the General Ayub Khan, General Yahya, and General Zia-ul-Haq also strangled iron savage forks of democracy and their will be not action against them.It said if not addressed willingly, cannot be said that democracy in Pakistan is their first time is an elected government,his five-year period completed successfully.

 The Nawaz Shareff government after the principled stand that he will be start treachery case against the  Pervez Musharaf , he made it very clear indication that he will not change.
