Zardari Corruption Case

           N.R.O  Swiss cases ..Re-open against Zardari 

N.R.O is an ordinance issued by former president of Pakistan Asif ali Zardari and Pervaz Musharaf .It granted amnesty to  politicians,bureaucrats,and other partners off them who are accused of money laundering,courruption and other illegal activity.But in 2009 current Chief Justice of Pakistan dismissed this ordinance and 8041 beneficiaries list released who get advantage of this ordinance to Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani.

In this list upper level position politicians also involves like Current president Asif ali Zardari and  Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani so politician don't want to apply this notification but supreme court is insisted to punish them.But  Yousaf Raza Gillani don't signed the  papers under the pressure of president of pakitan so supreme court called the prime minister of Pakistan in court and punish him. Yousaf Raza Gillani lose his seat and also banned from politics for next few years.

Next prime Minister Raja parveez Ashraf apply them and then a letter write on 5 November 2012 to Swiss government official that open the file of bank account details of Pakistan politician in Swiss banks.

But after 17 day a hidden letter also send to Swiss government official that government of Pakistan is more interested in opening these cases so these cases are not open.This is totally illegal letter written on behalf of former chairman for party accountability Bureau Saif Ur Rehman and that time Attorney General Chaudhry Farooq.

With this letter some documents also sent to Swiss government which are disappeared from the law ministry.Current Prime Minister take action on this and for inquiry of this matter make a committee of two members Attorney General Munir A Malik intimate to the court. Chief Justice expressing Anger to write second letter to Swiss authorities and said that this is complete contempt of court and resposibles sufer serious results.

Chief Justice said, "We have raise the issue to return 6 million dollars of pakistani peoples, apparently The secret letter Categories of contempt of court in writing. Chief Justice Said that intemate me who is responsible for this.

On 21 Jun 2013,  Prime Minister advisor of foreign Affairs talk to the Pakistani Swiss ambassador and told him to raise that issue in front of Swiss authorities and open this case again .Swiss authorities informed Pakistani lawyers team that case re-open date is passed but they promise to try on this issue.
